改良UASB反应器处理海藻酸钠废水的试验研究

本试验采用改良UASB反应器在常温条件下现场处理海藻酸钠废水,试验历时94 d,在絮状污泥为主条件下,容积负荷6.0 kgCOD/(m3.d)时,COD去除率达到85%,出水pH 6.8左右,VFA稳定在400 mg/L左右,设备运行稳定.试验结果表明,常温下利用改良UASB处理海带渣废水是可行的.

WATER RE-USE - CAPTURING A WASTE RESOURCE

The east and south-east of England has the lowest rainfall in the UK, water resources are limited and under pressure through increased demand and population growth. In the late 1990's AW Innovation (the AW R&D group) developed a process that could produce high purity water from sewage effluent using membrane technology. In late 1999 Texas Utilities (TXU) signed a contract with Alpheus Environmental for the supply of high purity water for Peterborough Power Station. The novel treatment plant was built in 1999 - 2000 and opened in July 2000 by the Mayor of Peterborough. This paper is a review of the plant design, the technology used for the treatment process and a summary of the first four years of operation.
Changing from potable water to high purity water produced from sewage effluent has brought significant benefits for the power station resulting in higher purity steam generation while reducing chemical, power and effluent discharge costs. In addition Anglian Water is now saving 1,000 m³/day of potable water.

老镇区污水管网系统改造实例

介绍了江南水乡古镇名胜保护区上海朱家角中心镇污水管网系统改造工程。根据老镇排水设施的现状以及老镇区具体情况,因地制宜,充分利用原有管渠,确定技术可行、经济合理的排水体制方案。叙述了结合老镇区古建筑的特点,对原合流制地区的下河滩用户污水管、出户管、截流管、截流井、外接污水管及分流制地区的出户管进行改造的设计方案和施工方案。工程采用的混合式排水体制,提高了治污率,保护了环境,节约了投资,也便于施工,符合老镇区污水管网系统的改造要求。     

Occurrence and behaviour of linear alkylbenzenesulphonates, nonylphenol, nonylphenol mono- and nonylphenol diethoxylates in sewage and sewage sludge treatment

The fluxes of linear alkylbenzenesulphonates (LAS), nonylphenol (NP), nonylphenol monoethoxylate (NP1EO) and nonylphenol diethoxylate (NP2EO) through sewage and sludge treatment of 29 Swiss sewage treatment plants were investigated. Reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to determine LAS. Normal-phase HPLC was employed to measure NP, NP1EO and NP2EO which are metabolites of the nonionic surfactants of the nonylphenol polyethoxylate type (NPnEO). Quantitative determinations were performed of raw sewage, primary and secondary effluents and of sewage sludge. Under normal conditions of sewage and sludge treatment, LAS were efficiently removed from the raw wastewater (> 99% w/w) and were partly transferred to the sewage sludge (15–20% w/w). About 50% (molar base) of NPnEO in the sewage were transformed to NP and accumulated in the digested sludge. Large variations existed among different sewage treatment plants. It was estimated that 1.0 g m⁻² y⁻¹ of LAS and 0.3 g m⁻² y⁻¹ of NP are applied with sewage sludge to Swiss soils.
